  • Operations Assistant - Full Time

    We are looking to expand our team in Operations

    Operations Assistant - Full Time (40hrs/week)

    Job Description

    For further growth and continued success, the Operations Assistant will be given the opportunity to assist in all aspects of the sales cycle for the North American territory as well as contributing to the marketing efforts of Jäger worldwide. Furthermore, the candidate – under the supervision of the Operations Manager – will be assisting with administrative duties and strive for quality customer service. Jaeger Spindles is looking for a highly energetic and self-motivated candidate with an interest in technical products and a background in the German language. This is an ENTRY LEVEL position with room for growth.

    Your responsibilities will include, but at not limited to:

    Manage the sales cycle from start to finish including RFQ's, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, and follow-ups with customers (ERP System)

    • Contribute to the sales cycle from start to finish including generating quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, and follow-ups with customers (ERP System)
    • Shipment of goods via UPS, FedEx, and other international shipment methods
    • Provide assistance with marketing efforts including:
      • Trade show organization
      • E-mail Marketing Campaigns
      • Design of Marketing material
    • Assist with administrative duties including:
      • Monthly expense reports
      • Depositing of checks
      • Answering phone
    • Work in a team environment with a positive and motivated attitude to support the organization as whole

  • Operations Manager - Full Time

    We are looking to expand our team in Operations

    Operations Manager - Full Time (40hrs/week)

    Job Description

    For further growth and continued success, the Operations Manager will be given the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment managing Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain (including vendor negotiation and inventory management with an ERP system), People Operations (HR), Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Marketing and the entirety of Operations for the North American territory. Furthermore, the candidate – under the supervision of the President & CEO as well as the International Sales Director – will be the main point of contact for customers and strive for quality customer service. Jaeger Spindles is looking for a highly energetic and self-motivated candidate with an interest in technical products and a background in Business and German. This is a MANAGER LEVEL position with room for growth.

    Your responsibilities will include, but at not limited to:

    Manage the sales cycle from start to finish including RFQ's, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, and follow-ups with customers (ERP System)

    • Manage the logistics and shipment of goods via UPS, FedEx, and other international shipment methods including working with customs to clear shipments
    • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, managers, and employees
    • Collaborate with marketing efforts worldwide for website and trade show management
    • Manage the administrative accounting duties including:
      • Monitoring and managing the company bank account
      • Data Entry into QuickBooks
      • Assist CPA with quarterly and yearly closings
    • Work as the People Operations (HR) contact and work together with the CEO and a PEO to manage the following:
      • Payroll including monitoring deductions
      • Benefits (Health, Dental, and Life Insurance as well as 401K)
      • Annual benefit reenrollment
      • PTO and sick leave for employees
      • Employee management - serve as main contact for any conflict
    • Work in a team environment with a positive and motivated attitude to support the organization as whole
